Shipping

Thank you for choosing Easy CPAP. The following terms and conditions outline our shipping policy, including order processing, delivery times, and handling of shipping-related concerns.

Easy CPAP provides free shipping for all orders.

Express Shipping is available on select orders for an additional charge.  Our Express Parcels are Sent via the AusPost Express Post network.

All orders are shipped from our warehouses located in Queensland or New South Wales.  All orders are sent via standard Australia Post unless otherwise arranged.  Additionally, all orders are shipped with Authority To Leave (ATL).  A signature on delivery can be specified by the customer in the order notes or during the checkout process.

If alternative delivery instructions (eg: Click&Collect) are required you must provide this information in the order notes or email info@easycpap.com.au before you complete your order. 

Note:

  • Customers can manage delivery preferences (e.g., ATL) using their Australia Post MyPost account.

  • The email address and mobile number provided with your order will be shared with Australia Post to match your package to your MyPost account.
  • No Missed Delivery Card: If you are registered with the MyPost app, Australia Post will no longer leave a physical missed delivery card. Instead, you will receive notifications directly in the app.
  • Express Post remains the fastest delivery option, particularly for rural and interstate areas, as it is transported by air rather than by road.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and commence once your order has been dispatched. 
  • If your order is essential for your ongoing therapy, we strongly recommend selecting Express Post.

Estimated time / Delivery timeframes

All paid orders are picked, packed, and dispatched by our team at our warehouse, during business hours and business days, when payment is confirmed.

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, an email will be sent to the email address entered when the order was placed. This email will provide the tracking number so you can track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website.

NDIS Orders

The orders will be dispatched by our team when the payment has been confirmed.

Damaged, Missing, or Incomplete Orders

We carefully pack every order to ensure it arrives safely and accurately. If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or does not arrive at all, please follow the steps below.

1. Damaged Items

  • Take clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.
  • Contact us via our website contact form or email info@easycpap.com.au within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Keep all packaging and damaged goods until the claim is finalised.

2. Missing Items

  • Check all packaging and the packing slip to ensure nothing was overlooked.
  • Email info@easycpap.com.au within 3 business days of delivery, including your order number and the missing item(s).

If confirmed missing from our shipment, we will send replacements at no extra cost.
If lost in transit, we will lodge a claim with Australia Post.

3. Lost Orders

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us immediately.

  • We will open a case with Australia Post.

  • If the parcel cannot be located, we will arrange a refund or replacement.

4. Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout.

  • Easy CPAP is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Track your order and contact Australia Post if there are no delivery updates.

International shipping

We can ship to many countries worldwide. For a shipping quote and information on any applicable import taxes or duties, please contact us at info@easycpap.com.au before placing your order.

Important Information:

  • Certain products may be ineligible for international shipping due to regulatory restrictions, warranty conditions, or manufacturer policies.

  • If any item in your order cannot be shipped overseas, we will inform you promptly and help you find an alternative.

  • Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes in the destination country.

  • If you are unsure whether a product is eligible for international delivery, please contact us before completing your purchase.
