Forma Foam Cushion

This product includes the Gray Foam Cushion only for the Fisher & Paykel Forma Full CPAP Mask.

Size of the cushion and size of the seal are imprinted on them and both of them should be of the same size to work as expected. By turning the mask, the user can find the size of the silicone seal that is centered directly in the middle with the embossed letters "X-LARGE, LARGE, MEDIUM and SMALL". A carved, small letter at the tip of the cushion represents its size.
